Accessible Places UK

Welcome to Accessible Places UK
We are an independent Access Consultancy dedicated to providing a confidential and people-centred approach. This flexibility allows us to tailor our services to meet our clients’ unique needs and strive for best practices.
Led by our founder, Sarah-Jane, and her team, all of whom have lived experience of the barriers faced by disabled people, we combine personal experience with professional expertise. We are experts in creating welcoming and truly accessible places.
Our focus is on working in partnership with businesses, organisations, and charities across all sectors and raising awareness through our Ambassadors Training Programmes to improve accessibility and inclusion. By meeting the needs and expectations of disabled people, their families, friends, and carers, we aim to enhance their visitor experience. In return this will broaden your customer base and by providing excellent customer service will, encourage people to return time and time again.
Could your organisation be missing out?
There are over 16 million disabled people in the UK, with a potential spending power of over £14.6 billion, plus their family, friends, and colleagues. Improving accessibility isn’t just your legal obligation; it’s the right thing to do. By improving accessibility, you increase your potential customer and visitor base, making it a smart business decision as well.
